Plan@Job in Claude and ChatGPT
Connect Plan@Job to Claude or ChatGPT and run your operator desk from a chat: which jobs need you, which subcontractors have not priced, what to follow up next. Your AI staff keep chasing around the clock. Awards, prices and payments still come to you.
The connection gives Claude the same tools the in-app assistant has, inside your permissions. Four things you will do with it in the first week.

Which jobs need you today, which have prices in, what a quote says line by line. Claude reads the job and its quotes the way you would on the desk.

The line that keeps the whole thing safe to hand to a stranger. Claude runs the desk. Your AI staff run the chasing. You hold the gates that matter.
Those are your AI staff and your desk, running on the server on your dial, with quiet hours and a daily cap.
Every one of those comes to you as a card, on every setting. Claude can prepare the ground; it cannot commit you.
The connection runs inside your own permissions, on your own company, and you can switch it off in your settings at any time.
1
Connect to Claude opens Plan@Job in Claude's connector directory: press Connect there. Connect to ChatGPT opens the Plan@Job plugin in ChatGPT: press Install there. Nothing to paste in either.
2
You sign in on Plan@Job, not in Claude, and tick the permissions you are handing over. Reading and updating your records are ticked for you; sending messages, spending credits, approvals and money records stay off until you tick them.
3
Start with your own desk: what is waiting on you this morning, which subcontractor has not priced, what to write to the client. The starter prompts below are a good first minute.
Copy this and send it to Claude Code. It adds the connection itself; you sign in once.
Set up Plan@Job for me so I can run my contractor desk from here. 1. Add the connection: run `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user jobdesk https://planajob.com/api/mcp`. 2. Tell me to type /mcp, choose jobdesk, then Authenticate, and sign in on Plan@Job in the browser that opens. If jobdesk is not listed yet, tell me to restart Claude Code first. 3. When I say it is connected, use the jobdesk tools to check my account and tell me what is waiting on me today.
Any client that supports remote MCP with sign-in can use the same connection. Add it as a custom connector with this URL, then sign in on Plan@Job when asked.
https://planajob.com/api/mcpGrok. Connectors, New Connector, Custom, then the URL and sign-in. Business and Enterprise administrators may need to provision it.
Gemini CLI. gemini mcp add --transport http jobdesk https://planajob.com/api/mcp, then /mcp auth jobdesk.
Four prompts written for an operator's desk. Press Try in Claude or Try in ChatGPT, or copy one into your AI, and see your own jobs come back.

Yes. The connection is part of an operator account, the contractor business that runs the desk. If you are not an operator yet, the waitlist is the way in, and the connection is waiting for you on the other side.
Connectors are a feature of Claude and of ChatGPT, so your plan there decides whether they are available to you. Plan@Job charges nothing extra for the connection.
No. Awards, prices, payments and the first message to a new client always come to you as a card, on every setting, whether they were started by Claude, by the in-app assistant or by your AI staff.
No. Your AI staff run on the server every fifteen minutes and do the chasing whether or not you are in a chat. Claude is how you work the desk when you are.
Same thing, one click. Press Connect to ChatGPT: it opens the Plan@Job plugin in ChatGPT, you press Install and sign in on Plan@Job. The plugin is published by OpenAI, so there is nothing to paste.
Every action Claude takes through the connection is in your activity trail, with a receipt, next to what your AI staff did. Settings, Connect your AI, shows every connection and lets you revoke one.
Operators come in through the waitlist. The connection is part of the account you walk into.
