Operator is the name for the contractor business managing delivery in Plan@Job. It serves clients, manages subcontractors and an in-house team, and can hire AI staff. The operator account uses the existing contractor onboarding route.
Can AI staff run my business without me?
They support defined parts of the workflow. You supervise the account, make commercial decisions and review actions that need approval. They do not provide a staffed operator service or guarantee delivery outcomes.
How do I join?
Operators create an account and complete onboarding. Property managers join through a referral or the applicable marketplace subscription. Main contractors use the job links provided by their operator to save and follow their work. Feature access and charges follow your account's terms.
