How the platform is made
Most software for contractors is written by people who have never priced a bathroom, chased a subcontractor for a start date, or explained to a client why a job slipped a week. Plan@Job is made the other way round.
The operations teams of construction and property maintenance companies specify every feature from the desk they work at: what a job needs before a trade can price it, where a client must never see the split into stages, when an award has to stay a human decision. A team of web developers at Net Access Market Ltd builds it beside them, ships it, and watches it run on live jobs the same week.
The result is a platform that already knows the rules of the trade: one client agreement and an internal plan for delivery, vetting before an award but not before a price, a deposit before anyone is booked, and AI staff that chase freely and stop at money.

Plan@Job is owned and operated by Planajob Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16872267, registered office Office 1782, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW. Net Access Market Ltd builds and maintains the platform for Planajob Ltd. The terms of service and the privacy policy say the same thing, because they are the same facts.
The United Kingdom is the live market. Other countries have their own pages and a waiting list, and we open them one at a time.
