What Planajob is

Planajob is a marketplace operated by Net Access Market Ltd (London, United Kingdom) that connects property managers with vetted contractors, and contractors with their subcontractors. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate company and contact information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, post abusive content or misuse other members' data.

Jobs, quotes and money

Property managers raise jobs; contractors quote; accepted quotes plus approved variations set the price. Invoices are payable to the platform account within the payment window shown on the job. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Contractors are responsible for paying their subcontractors, including any CIS deductions.

Vetting and workmanship

We review the compliance documents trade businesses upload, and contractors vet their own subcontractors - but the contractor carrying out a job remains responsible for their work, their people and their insurance. Planajob is the marketplace, not the employer or guarantor of any trade business on it.

Content

You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, videos, documents) and grant us the licence needed to show it to the right people on the platform. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share.

Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by work carried out by trade businesses you engage through the platform, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
