A property manager or main contractor brought in by a contractor pays nothing, and works with that contractor. Paying is what opens the platform up beyond that one relationship. Nothing is taken away from the free account to make the paid one look better.

One price whether you are on your own or running an office of forty. Operatives, supervisors, office staff and your AI colleagues are all on the licence.
Less than an hour of one operative. Set against what is currently spent on job admin, chasing prices, retyping quotes and rebuilding paperwork that already exists.
No. The licence is monthly and can be cancelled at the end of a month. Onboarding is included rather than charged separately.
You book your onboarding call on the spot, and we set your business up on the platform with you. New Zealand does not have self-serve signup yet, which is exactly why onboarding is a person rather than a form.
Yes, and that is deliberate. Onboarding used to come first and it filled the diary with people who were never going to start. Paying first means the call is spent setting your business up rather than selling to you.
Yes. Operator is the account type inside the platform for the contractor business that runs clients, projects and subcontractors. Contractor is the same account, in the word the industry uses.
No. Every price on this page is quoted plus GST, and each market is priced in its own money rather than converted at the till.
