What free actually means

A property manager or main contractor brought in by a contractor pays nothing, and works with that contractor. Paying is what opens the platform up beyond that one relationship. Nothing is taken away from the free account to make the paid one look better.

Why the contractor holds the licence

Because the contractor is the one with the relationship. The licence is not a bundle of features, it is the right to put every client and every main contractor you work with onto a platform that stays yours.

Your clients join on your licence

Invite a property manager or a main contractor and they work with you, free, for as long as you work together. No seat fee, no per-job charge, nothing for them to approve with a finance team.

Everyone in your company is included

One price whether you are on your own or running an office of forty. Operatives, supervisors, office staff and your AI colleagues are all on the licence.

NZ$73 a day

Less than an hour of one operative. Set against what is currently spent on job admin, chasing prices, retyping quotes and rebuilding paperwork that already exists.

Questions about pricing

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. The licence is monthly and can be cancelled at the end of a month. Onboarding is included rather than charged separately.

What happens after I pay?

You book your onboarding call on the spot, and we set your business up on the platform with you. New Zealand does not have self-serve signup yet, which is exactly why onboarding is a person rather than a form.

Do I pay before I have been onboarded?

Yes, and that is deliberate. Onboarding used to come first and it filled the diary with people who were never going to start. Paying first means the call is spent setting your business up rather than selling to you.

Other pages say operator. Is that the same thing?

Yes. Operator is the account type inside the platform for the contractor business that runs clients, projects and subcontractors. Contractor is the same account, in the word the industry uses.

Do the prices include tax?

No. Every price on this page is quoted plus GST, and each market is priced in its own money rather than converted at the till.

I want work done at my own property.

That is not a licence. Send the details through and the job goes to a contractor near you.

Not a contractor? Main contractors, property managers and subcontractors have their own pages. Most of them never need one: if a contractor brings you in, you are on their licence and you pay nothing.
