The connector and your AI staff have different jobs.
Claude can read permitted records and save supported setup changes, briefs and internal follow-ups. The connector does not send email or WhatsApp, award work, set prices or move money. Your Plan@Job inbox and AI staff handle supported communication workflows under the controls you choose.
Requires an eligible Claude account and an authorised Plan@Job operator connection. Job tools become available after operator activation. Claude access is separate from your Plan@Job licence.

The invoicing milestone
Falls due only once you have invoiced C$17,500 to your own clients through the platform, whether or not those invoices have been paid. This is not a promise of revenue.
If you never get there, you never pay it
So C$5,250 puts you inside and working. The last C$3,500 does not move until the platform has already invoiced C$17,500 of your work.

The questions everybody asks
Why C$8,750?
Because you are not buying software, you are buying a trained way of running a construction business, and the platform is inside it. C$5,250 of it puts you in and working, and the last C$3,500 becomes due at C$17,500 of issued client invoices. Those invoices do not have to be paid for the milestone to be reached. The C$350 monthly licence is additional.
What if I cannot pay the C$3,500 when you call me?
Please check the full entry and monthly costs before reserving. If your circumstances change after payment, contact us to discuss moving your date. Your account opens only after the entry payment and licence setup are confirmed.
What exactly does the C$1,750 buy?
An onboarding reservation, with a recorded estimated contact date and preparation updates. It does not open an account or include the entry payment, monthly licence, clients or guaranteed work.
Can I have it back if I change my mind?
The reservation is non-refundable if you change your mind, including after the onboarding conversation. If Plan@Job declines your onboarding, we refund it in full. Please read the agreement and ask any questions before paying.
When will you contact me?
The estimated contact date is based on current onboarding availability and updates as reservations change. Your confirmation records your own estimate after payment. It is a contact estimate, not a guaranteed account-opening date. If we need to change your date, we will explain why.
What if nobody referred me?
Then we pair you with an operator ourselves. Naming a referrer does not change the price and does not move you up the queue. Entry is by referral and training because being taught by somebody who is already doing it is the part that makes it work.
Is the C$350 really held for 3 years?
Yes, from the day your account opens, and it is in the agreement rather than in a sentence on a page. Your agreed rate is held for 3 years, even if the published rate changes.
Can I just pay for a licence and skip all this?
No. There is no other pricing for an operator and no way to buy an account cold. This is the door.
What happens to my details?
They are used to contact you about your place, to onboard you and to pair you with an operator. They are not sold. You can request deletion. Payment and agreement records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. See our privacy policy for details.
