What to tell us

The more of this you include, the fewer rounds it takes:

• The email address you sign in with, and your company name.
• The job or quote reference if your question is about one, for example PJ-000123.
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or photo, if it is something you can see.

Connected AI apps

Plan@Job can be connected to a compatible AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Setup instructions are here. A contractor account can review or disconnect a connection at any time under Settings, AI connections; disconnecting takes effect immediately. Section 6 of our privacy policy explains what a connected app can and cannot see.

To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, email support@planajob.com or see deleting your data. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
