Deleting your data

You can close your Plan@Job account, or ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, at any time. Here is how, and what happens after.

Close your account yourself

Sign in, open Your profile, and choose to close your account. It is at the bottom of that page in every account type, so contractors, clients, subcontractors and operatives all have it.

You are shown exactly what closing removes before anything happens, and nothing is deleted until you confirm.

Or ask us to do it

Email contact@netaccessmarketing.com from the address on your account and tell us what you want removed. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or stop a particular use of it.

If you connected WhatsApp

Contractors can connect their own WhatsApp Business number so messages go out under their own name. Disconnecting it removes our access to that WhatsApp account straight away: open Settings, then WhatsApp number, and choose Disconnect.

The WhatsApp account stays yours either way. We never owned it, and closing your Plan@Job account does not close it.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Some records cannot be deleted on request because the law requires us to keep them. Job, quote, invoice and payment records are normally kept for six years after the tax year they relate to. Everything outside that is removed.

Our privacy policy sets out the full retention rules and your rights under data protection law, including how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
