Setter - All markets
Applications are one short Loom video - how to apply is at the bottom, after you've read the role.
First, what you're walking into
Plan@Job didn't start as a product. It started as our own tool. Almost two years ago, our operations team sat down with a team of web developers. One side ran the jobs. The other side turned how we run them into systems. Screen by screen, until the whole operation lived in one place. The operations side is led by Mohamed El Hadri - you might know him as mointhemarket. He's got his part in the platform, and his job in it is the growth.
Ten thousand plus real jobs sit behind it. Small repairs. Larger construction works. All of it run through our own companies. Every screen exists because a live job needed it. Nothing in there is theory. And it sits in the middle of everything built around one keyword: construction arbitrage.
For almost two years it was ours only. And honest truth, it wasn't finished. We still needed other tools around it. Not anymore. Everything is in now. A contractor opens it and builds a whole network from inside it. Subcontractors on one side. Clients on the other.
Now it opens to the public. And there's no checkout page. You don't buy your way in. Access is a referral, and a referral comes after training. Three sessions. One hour each. One per week. That's the product we sell: the training. No training, no referral.

The role
Setters don't get boxed into one market. You set for all of them at once. Every market that opens makes your pool bigger.
You book calls for the closers. From our audience. From the content around construction arbitrage. From contractors showing interest before they hit the wall.
What the closers sell on those calls: the training, and the referral that follows it. The 拢5k package is the target. A closer can only close what you set. Your handover decides how the call starts.
What you'll do
- Work the audience and the content: DMs, comments, follow-ups, booked calls.
- Qualify before you book - the closers' calendars are the product you protect.
- Hand over clean: position, context and expectations set before the call.
- Set across every open market as they come online.
What we look for
- Experience setting appointments or working DMs and social audiences for an offer.
- Organised, fast on follow-up, self-employed, commission only.
- Fluent English.
Don't send a Loom if
- You actually want to close. Then apply for a closer seat - setting is its own craft, not a waiting room.
- You take a day to answer a message. Speed is the whole job.
- You need a base salary to feel safe. Setters get paid when the deals they set get closed.
No hard feelings either way. The seats work because the right people sit in them.
Know the offer before the interview
The full breakdown of what we sell - the story, the arbitrage model, the packages, the lead doors - lives on the offer page. Read it before we speak.

A little introduction
Who you are, where you're based, what you're doing right now.
What you've done in sales
The offers you've closed or set, how long you've been at it, numbers if you have them. Honest beats impressive.
