This page is the offer: what we sell, who buys it, and why it works. Read it properly. Then pick your seat on the careers page and send us a short Loom.

First, the story
Mo has been in construction for a few years. That's what he knows. He built his company there, and at some point he started sharing content about how the work gets run. From that content, people started asking him to teach them. So he opened a mentorship offer.
He ran it for maybe three or four months. Not more. And honest truth: he didn't like it. The close rate was bad - one out of six. Then whoever got closed, he had to stay with for three to six months. Babysitting, basically. And on top of that, refunds.
But those months showed him all the gaps. So in May he said stop. He stopped the activity fully, finished the mentorships he had, and we took the time to build what we actually wanted. Something we like doing, that the whole team enjoys, and that can really grow.
That's what we've done, and now we're back. Per market this time, each with its own independent team. The UK is first. That's where you come in.

What we sell today
The systems that grew our own company: winning property managers, pricing the middle, running subcontractors. Three live sessions of one hour, one per week, plus the community on Skool with weekly catch-ups.
Entry into Plan@Job, the platform where they run their operations, as a personal referral. Once they're trained, we refer them in: the wall drops and the full platform opens. From there they can see everything and check everything themselves.
Three lines to learn before the call
“We don't sell the licence. We sell the training and the referral.”
The software is the vehicle. The knowledge and the vouch are the product.
“We don't refer if we don't train.”
Our name goes on every referral. We don't vouch for anyone we haven't trained.
“Once training is delivered, there are no refunds.”
Agreed in writing before payment, and said plainly on every call.
No coaching. No babysitting. We're not building anyone's business for them.
What the buyer does with it
Everything we've built sits around one keyword: construction arbitrage. The middle runs in two modes. Learn both cold, because explaining them well is half your call.
More project management, more profit. A flooring job prices at £1,000 to the client. One fitter doing all of it wants £700 - that's a £300 middle. Cut it instead: a labourer rips the old floor out for £150, and the fitter comes in only to fit, for £450. Same job, delivered for £600 - and the middle grows to £400. Fitter rates never get paid for rip-out work.
Pure middlemanning. They win the job, and one subcontractor handles the whole project. A property manager pays £400. The sub prices it at £280. The sub does the work, they own the client and the outcome, and the £120 in the middle is theirs. Every job. Every month.
Figures show how the model prices, not a promise of results. On calls, always say “illustrative” - never guarantee income.
The money
£3k
You'll explain it quickly. It exists so the target has a floor under it.
£5k
The one we go forThree years of referral licence inside the platform, the full UK training, and the community. This is the one we go for on every call.
£10k
For the ones who want more of our time. Explain it, then bring the call back to the five.
Your cut
Closers take 10% of cash collected - £500 on the target deal. Setters take 5%. Growth operators take 10% across the market they run.
The leads
A setter books them from our audience and the content around construction arbitrage. They already know the language of the middle before you say a word.
Contractors find Plan@Job themselves, create an account, and hit a wall: the account can't be used until they book a call. That call is yours. You're speaking with people who are already inside and want to keep going.

Step 1
One closer and one growth operator per market. And a team of setters across all of them. Every seat lives on the careers page.
Step 2
Two or three minutes on video: who you are, what you've done in sales, and why your seat. WhatsApp or email - the how-to is on every role page.
Step 3
We watch every video and reply to every single one. If it's a fit, you get the materials, we jump on the interview, and if we both want to move ahead, let's go.
