Growth Operator - United States & Canada
Applications are one short Loom video - how to apply is at the bottom, after you've read the role.
First, what you're walking into
Plan@Job didn't start as a product. It started as our own tool. Almost two years ago, our operations team sat down with a team of web developers. One side ran the jobs. The other side turned how we run them into systems. Screen by screen, until the whole operation lived in one place. The operations side is led by Mohamed El Hadri - you might know him as mointhemarket. He's got his part in the platform, and his job in it is the growth.
Ten thousand plus real jobs sit behind it. Small repairs. Larger construction works. All of it run through our own companies. Every screen exists because a live job needed it. Nothing in there is theory. And it sits in the middle of everything built around one keyword: construction arbitrage.
For almost two years it was ours only. And honest truth, it wasn't finished. We still needed other tools around it. Not anymore. Everything is in now. A contractor opens it and builds a whole network from inside it. Subcontractors on one side. Clients on the other.
Now it opens to the public. And there's no checkout page. You don't buy your way in. Access is a referral, and a referral comes after training. Three sessions. One hour each. One per week. That's the product we sell: the training. No training, no referral.

The role
One growth operator per market. The manager of the market's team. The closer closes, the setters set. You run the machine: pipeline, call quality, numbers. This seat is United States & Canada. The US and Canada run as one market with one team - this seat manages both. It opens right after the UK is staffed.
You answer for the market. Call volume. Show-up rates. Follow-ups. Cash collected. When we look at a market, we look at one person: its growth operator.
Your team sells the training, and the referral that follows it. The 拢5k package is the target on every call. Your job is simple to say and hard to do: every call runs on the playbook, and the terms get said straight. No refunds once training is delivered. Agreed in writing before payment.
What you'll do
- Run the market's team: the closer and the setters working your market, as one operation.
- Own the calendar: call volume, show-up rates, follow-ups - nothing booked gets wasted.
- Keep quality up: calls run on the playbook, terms said plainly, no shortcuts.
- Report the market's numbers weekly: calls, closes, cash collected.
What we look for
- You have managed a sales team before - closers, setters or both.
- Comfortable being accountable for a market's number, self-employed, commission only.
- Available during the market's working hours.
- Fluent English.
Don't send a Loom if
- You've never been accountable for a team's number. This seat is nothing but the number.
- You want to do the selling. The closer sells - your job is making sure the selling never slips.
- You need a base salary to feel safe. You get paid when your market collects.
No hard feelings either way. The seats work because the right people sit in them.
