Closer - Netherlands
Applications are one short Loom video - how to apply is at the bottom, after you've read the role.
First, what you're walking into
Plan@Job didn't start as a product. It started as our own tool. Almost two years ago, our operations team sat down with a team of web developers. One side ran the jobs. The other side turned how we run them into systems. Screen by screen, until the whole operation lived in one place. The operations side is led by Mohamed El Hadri - you might know him as mointhemarket. He's got his part in the platform, and his job in it is the growth.
Ten thousand plus real jobs sit behind it. Small repairs. Larger construction works. All of it run through our own companies. Every screen exists because a live job needed it. Nothing in there is theory. And it sits in the middle of everything built around one keyword: construction arbitrage.
For almost two years it was ours only. And honest truth, it wasn't finished. We still needed other tools around it. Not anymore. Everything is in now. A contractor opens it and builds a whole network from inside it. Subcontractors on one side. Clients on the other.
Now it opens to the public. And there's no checkout page. You don't buy your way in. Access is a referral, and a referral comes after training. Three sessions. One hour each. One per week. That's the product we sell: the training. No training, no referral.
Team led by Mohamed El Hadri (@mointhemarket) · co-founder, Simpled Services · growth partner, Plan@Job
The role
One closer per market. That's the whole structure, and this seat is Netherlands. Every call in the market lands with you. Nobody else. This market opens after the US, one by one. Apply now and start when it goes live.
The calls come warm. Contractors find the platform and want in, and the only way in for a contractor is operator onboarding: training with an operator already inside, then a referral. Intake is limited by how many people our trainers can take, so there is a queue. Your calls are with contractors deciding whether to take a place in it. The rest get set from our audience by the setter team.
What you sell is that place. In the UK it is £1,000 to hold it, £2,000 at onboarding, and £2,000 more once they have invoiced £10,000 to their own clients through the platform. Every market pays the same steps in its own currency. And you say the terms straight: the place is not refundable on a change of mind, it is agreed in writing before payment, and it is refunded in full only if we decline their onboarding. Said out loud on every call.
What you'll do
- Take the calls: contractors weighing up a place in operator onboarding, plus calls set from the socials by the setter team.
- Run the call on the playbook: the story, the arbitrage model, the offer, the close.
- Say the terms straight: what each payment buys, when it is due, and that the place is not refundable on a change of mind.
- Report your pipeline - one closer per market means your numbers are the market's numbers.
What we look for
- A real record closing high-ticket offers (construction or trades background is a plus, not a must).
- Comfortable selling on video calls, self-employed, commission only.
- Available during the market's working hours.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Dutch.
Don't send a Loom if
- You need a base salary to feel safe. This seat pays when you close, and the good ones like it that way.
- You've never sold anything high-ticket and you're hoping to learn on our calls.
- You can't tell a buyer "this is not refundable" and hold the silence after. The terms get said straight or the seat isn't yours.
No hard feelings either way. The seats work because the right people sit in them.
Know the offer before the interview
The full breakdown of what we sell - the story, the arbitrage model, the packages, the lead doors - lives on the offer page. Read it before we speak.

No forms, no CV. One short Loom video, two or three minutes, covering three things:
A little introduction
Who you are, where you're based, what you're doing right now.
What you've done in sales
The offers you've closed or set, how long you've been at it, numbers if you have them. Honest beats impressive.
