The teams on the ground are in the UK. The back office is here in Tangier. Our office at 140 Rue de Fès is growing, and these seats are where new work gets won.

The role
The teams in the UK do the work, and they do it well. What we need now is more of it coming in. That's this seat.
You sit in our Tangier office at 140 Rue de Fès and you sell. Calls, emails, WhatsApp, follow-ups. Letting agents, property managers, block managers, landlords. Two things to sell: our property maintenance service, and our mould service. Mould is the sharp end right now, because social landlords now have legal deadlines to fix damp and mould (Awaab's Law).
Sales, sales, sales. That's the job. You won't be writing reports about selling. You'll be selling, every day, to UK clients, in English. The work you bring in is what this seat is judged on.
Now the money. 5,000 MAD a month fixed, plus 5,000 MAD for every client you bring in. A client counts when a property manager you brought in is onboarded and placing orders that reach the agreed amount. There is no cap. Bring in 3 clients and that's 15,000 MAD in commission on top of your salary. Bring in 10 and it's 50,000 MAD. If you know how to work and how to sell, the sky is your limit.
Live far from Tangier? We give you 7 days of accommodation in a private room, in a flat the company owns near the office, so you can start without worrying about where to stay.
What you'll do
- Call, email and WhatsApp UK letting agents, property managers and landlords every day, and book work in for the team.
- Sell two services: property maintenance (repairs, plumbing, decorating, end of tenancy, refurbishments) and mould removal backed by a 12-month written warranty.
- Follow up until it's a yes or a clear no. Most work is won on the follow-up, not the first call.
- Turn one job into an account. An agent who books one mould job has a whole portfolio behind it.
- Log every lead, call and quote in Plan@Job, so nothing gets lost and your numbers are always visible.
What we look for
- You've sold before, by phone, in English. Call centre, B2B, energy, insurance, telecoms, property: it all counts.
- Fluent, confident spoken and written English (C1 or above). Our clients are in the UK and they buy from someone who knows what they're talking about.
- French and Arabic are a plus.
- You work UK office hours, from our office in Tangier.
Don't send a Loom if
- You want to work from home. This seat is in the office, with the team.
- You need a script for every sentence. We train you on the service. The conversation is yours.
- Hearing no ruins your day. In sales it happens every hour, and the next call is still there.
No hard feelings either way. The seats work because the right people sit in them.
